Bring more than an idea. Let's share responsibility for the company.
You know the problem and the industry. WIT Labs brings product, technology, capital, growth and operations. We validate together, build together and grow together.
Who we build with.
Founder with domain knowledge
Someone who knows a problem from the inside and will lead the company.
Expert partner
Someone with deep expertise or an expert community: a teacher, psychologist, dietitian, child development specialist, consultant or trainer, for example. You don't need to be the CEO.
Operator founder (match with a thesis)
Someone without an idea of their own who matches with one of our open theses and takes on the CEO or growth role.
We're looking for founders who know their field from the inside.
If you know how an industry works, what users go through, or a problem that keeps coming back, you don't need a tech team in place. WIT Labs brings product, agentic technology, growth, operations and capital. In regulated fields like health, we set the boundaries for authorization, data and decisions at the very start, thesis by thesis. Eligible health ventures can use Gurulize infrastructure registered with USBS, the Remote Health Information System of Türkiye's Ministry of Health.

Equity isn't a fee for services. It's how we share responsibility.
The founder brings domain knowledge and leadership, and that is the core of their stake. WIT Labs takes on technology, capital, growth and operations. If the founder takes on one of these roles, say CEO or head of growth, the equity tied to that role stays with the founder. We agree on the final structure together at the end of validation, and all equity is subject to the agreement and its vesting terms.
How the Partnership WorksWhat we look at.
- Is the problem real, and does it keep coming back?
- Why aren't users happy with what they use today?
- What work can an agent take on, and where does a person decide?
- Is there a clear path to distribution?
- Can it stand on its own as a company?
- What makes you the right person for this?
We read and answer every application.

Frequently asked questions
What happens after I apply?
Our team reads your application and lets you know the outcome by email, whether it's a yes or a no. If we see a fit, we set up an intro meeting and then move into a short validation period.
Can I apply without an idea?
Yes. You can match with one of our open theses.
Do I need to work full time?
If you're applying as a founder, yes. The person running the company needs to be full time. We don't expect expert partners to work full time; we agree on your time commitment together.
Is there a salary or living stipend?
We decide this together at the founding stage, based on the founder's role and the venture's capital plan.
Does every venture get capital?
No. Capital goes to ventures that receive an investment decision after the validation stage.
How is equity decided?
By the responsibilities each side takes on. We agree on the final structure together at the end of validation, and equity is subject to vesting based on time and contribution.
Can I build a company in a regulated field, such as health?
Yes. We set up the authorization model together for each thesis, and ventures that involve health services can use USBS-registered Gurulize infrastructure.
How do you protect the confidentiality of my idea and my intellectual property?
Everything you share in your application and in our meetings is kept confidential, and we sign a mutual NDA when needed. Intellectual property and partnership terms are set out in the agreement when the company is founded.
